Reecopedia (the "Service") is a free regulatory search engine for EU textile sustainability law, operated by Stefano Cipriani Studio, Prato, Italy (VAT IT02391280977) ("we", "us"). The Service is available as an interactive web page and as a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://ia.reeco.eco/mcp. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service retrieves passages from a curated corpus of official EU legislation and preparatory studies and returns them with source citations (document and page). The Service is retrieval-only: any answer text is generated by your AI client (e.g. ChatGPT or Claude), not by us.
The Service provides information for research and orientation purposes only. It is not legal advice and does not replace the official texts published by the EU institutions or the advice of a qualified professional. Always verify citations against the official sources (e.g. EUR-Lex) before relying on them.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent rate limits, or use automated means to extract the corpus in bulk.
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update the corpus, at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including decisions taken on the basis of retrieved content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The corpus consists of official EU documents and public preparatory studies, which remain subject to their own reuse conditions. The Reeco® name and logo are our property. You may cite the Service with attribution.
The Service receives only your query text — no account, no login, no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prato, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
